  • Automatically receive logistics orders (B2B/B2C orders, transfers, replenishments) from connected ERPs, CMSs, or marketplaces. Each order includes product references, quantities, picking constraints, and preparation or packaging instructions.
  • Generate and track processing statuses in real time: in preparation, prepared, shipped, canceled, partially processed, etc. These statuses are automatically transmitted to your clients' systems via API or webhook.
  • Transmit shipping information as soon as it is validated in Mintsoft(wms_name): selected carrier, number of packages, actual weight, tracking number, and shipping date.
  • Dynamically update stock levels across sales channels or customer systems with every receipt, adjustment, or shipment to your warehouse. Inventory movements (IN/OUT, internal transfers, disputes) are synchronized in real time.
  • Process product returns with structured logic: every return received in the WMS can be automatically sent to the customer system with its status (received, validated, repackaged, discrepancy, rejected).
