Two-way, real-time sync with no extra IT load

The Spacefill connector for Reflex WMS by Hardis exchanges key logistics data automatically and securely: picking orders, stock movements, shipping statuses, transport tracking. It uses the standard APIs and interfaces of the WMS (REST, SOAP, EDI) and leaves business processes unchanged.

Fast set-up, no disruption to operations

The integration respects the organisation and rules already configured in Reflex WMS by Hardis. Nothing needs to be reconfigured: Spacefill adapts to the existing set-up (multi-client, multi-warehouse, logistics units, picking methods…) with tailored mappings and smooth flow orchestration.

Better visibility, fewer requests to the warehouse

Data from operations (picking, shipping, discrepancies, returns…) reaches the customers' systems automatically, with no manual work from warehouse teams. The result: better traceability, fewer incoming requests, and a more reliable image with the brands the warehouse serves.

With the Reflex WMS by Hardis connector, you can:

  • Connect Reflex WMS by Hardis to your customers' entire ecosystem in a few days, with no heavy development and no change to your WMS configuration.
  • Receive logistics orders automatically (B2B/B2C orders, transfers, replenishments) from connected ERPs, CMSs or marketplaces. Each order carries references, quantities, picking constraints, and preparation or packing instructions.
  • Generate and send processing statuses in real time: in preparation, picked, shipped, cancelled, partial, etc. Statuses reach your customers' systems automatically via API or webhook.
  • Send shipping information as soon as it is confirmed in Reflex WMS by Hardis: selected carrier, number of parcels, actual weight, tracking number, shipping date.
  • Update stock levels on sales channels or customer systems with every receipt, adjustment or shipment in your warehouse. Inventory movements (in/out, internal transfers, disputes) are synchronised in real time.
  • Handle product returns in a structured way: each return received in the WMS can be sent back to the customer's system with its status (received, approved, refurbished, discrepancy, scrapped).
  • Report exceptions (receiving discrepancy, picking shortage, stock-out, refused delivery, picking error) so your customers can react immediately.
  • Support multi-site and multi-client flows: the integration handles complex scenarios, with custom routing rules, multiple accounts or separate storage within the same warehouse.
  • Cut administrative work: no more Excel files built by hand or logistics reports sent by email. The integration centralises and automates the flows.
  • Make data more reliable: every flow is time-stamped, traceable and monitored from one interface, so errors are caught and fixed before they affect operations.
