Fast deployment, no disruption

Odoo connects to Reflex WMS by Hardis in a few days, without disrupting operations. Flows between sales, purchasing, transfers or manufacturing and physical warehouse operations run automatically. The integration relies on standard APIs, EDI or flat files.

Automated logistics, reliable data

Logistics documents from Odoo (sales orders, purchase orders, transfer or production orders) become operational tasks in Reflex WMS by Hardis. In return, data from the warehouse floor (quantities actually picked or received, execution statuses, discrepancies, batch numbers, expiry dates, SSCC codes) flows back to Odoo in real time, so inventory stays accurate and invoicing or accounting can follow.

Built for multi-site, multi-process operations

The integration handles complex logistics set-ups: multiple sites, client-specific management, 3PL providers, separate storage units, co-packing or pre-production. Routing, prioritisation and consolidation rules stay in Reflex WMS by Hardis, while Odoo keeps control of transactions.
